These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Harbor Frameline Ltd's services and website. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Services

Harbor Frameline Ltd provides post-production services for motion picture, video, and television programmes. All services are subject to availability and are provided on a project basis as agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the original materials provided by clients remain with the client. Harbor Frameline Ltd retains the right to use completed projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • A 50% deposit is required to commence work on all projects
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of services must be provided in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of project commencement: 25% of total project fee
  • Cancellation after work has commenced: proportionate payment for work completed plus 25% of remaining fee

Limitation of Liability

Harbor Frameline Ltd's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fee paid for those services. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
